We’re on the hunt for a seasoned HR and L&D expert who thrives in building people-first cultures and loves nothing more than empowering colleagues to reach their full potential. What we expect

A proactive, strategic thinker who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. Your success will come from your ability to inspire people, align learning initiatives with business goals, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
In your application we hope to see:

  • Essential: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience: At least five years in HR, with a focus on learning and development, talent development, or organisational growth.
  • Skills that shine:
    • Designing and delivering impactful L&D programs.
    • Leading change in evolving environments.
    • Engaging effectively at all levels of an organisation.
  • Tech-savvy: Confident in e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and digital collaboration systems.
  • Language skills: Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Certifications in coaching or advanced L&D methodologies will be a huge asset
  • Knowledge of organisational psychology or behavioural science is a plus.

Your tasks

  • Build a thriving workplace culture: partner with leadership to establish an inclusive, people-centred environment that motivates and supports employees.
  • Lead Learning and Development initiatives: develop and implement a comprehensive framework that aligns with organisational goals and inspires continuous learning.
  • Identify and bridge skill gaps: work closely with teams to assess learning needs and tailor development programs for individual and collective success.
  • Collaborate for impact: partner with People Ops to integrate learning strategies into broader initiatives, from performance management to employee engagement.
  • Champion a growth mindset: encourage knowledge-sharing and professional development while promoting a culture where everyone is empowered to succeed.
