Responsibilities

• Organize and take charge of company-wide events and team‑building activities, from brainstorming through logistics and on‑site inspections.
• Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families.
• Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on‑site and remote Spooners.
• Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and during their onboarding.
