Coloplast Business Centre (CPBC) in Szczecin, Poland, is one of the largest sites within the Coloplast Group, experiencing sustainable and successful growth over the past 15 years. Our organization consists of several departments that provide global support in strategic processes, employing approx. 800 people.
About the department
The local People & Culture team consists of 17 great colleagues providing a variety of HR services, Business Partnering and administration support to the whole CPBC organization. Our scope covers wide HR expertise, Talent Acquisition & Management, EB, Learning & Development, Facility & Front Desk Coordination. The P&C Director role is being supported by 2 Team Leaders (direct reports).

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Director with a strong business acumen to lead and elevate our CPBC organization and People & Culture team. This role requires a leader who excels in relationship-building across the organization and with our global colleagues.
