About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced People Analytics Manager (10+ years) to lead Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and tactical workforce planning across the EMEA region. This role will develop and scale predictive analytics, scenario planning, and people insights to anticipate workforce risks and capability gaps. You will enable the Head of Unit People, SMEs, and regional leaders to make informed decisions that align people strategy with business priorities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of workforce strategy in a dynamic, diverse, and rapidly evolving region, working closely with senior leaders to drive meaningful business outcomes and foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making.
What You Will Do
- Drive integrated Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) across all business units and countries in EMEA by building a consistent methodology, governance, and planning cadence.
- Create, validate, and maintain predictive models and scenario simulations to forecast headcount demand, attrition risk, skill gaps, succession needs, and cost‑to‑hire across functions and geographies.
- Lead Tactical Workforce Planning processes (short‑ and mid‑term), ensuring alignment and handoffs between tactical plans and long‑term SWP.
- Define, operationalize, and manage EMEA People Strategic OKRs and KPIs; design dashboards and regular reporting to track progress and business impact.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, L&D, People Ops, and Finance to translate forecasts into hiring plans, reward adjustments, L&D investments, redeployment strategies, and budget/headcount scenarios.
- Provide timely, actionable insights and recommendations to HoPs, business leaders, and regional leadership to inform workforce decisions (hiring, redeployment, retention, reskilling).
- Establish and maintain reliable People data sources, ensure data integrity, and lead data integration across SF, HRMS, and payroll systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with local data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and implement appropriate data governance and consent practices across EMEA.
- Influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, visualizations, and evidence‑based recommendations; present to regional and global leadership forums.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in People analytics, workforce planning, people insights, or related fields, including experience operating at regional (EMEA) scale.
- Proven track record leading Strategic Workforce Planning across multiple countries and business units.
- Strong expertise in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting techniques applied to workforce data.
- Hands‑on experience with People data sources and tooling (e.g., Workday/SuccessFactors/HRMS), plus analytics tools (SQL, Python, or R) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to define and track strategic HR/People OKRs and translate them into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and partnering with Finance on headcount planning.
- Experience managing or leading analytics teams and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of EMEA labor market dynamics, employment law nuances, D&I principles, and local data privacy requirements (GDPR and country variations).
- Degree in HR, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related discipline. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
