Reporting to the Head of People Analytics, the People Analytics manager will ensure our data governance and management of data is successfully in place for the Function and wider business. Working to ensure we optimise our technology and that this technology including AI enables the wider teams to proactively generate insights. Then their team will work closely with the Insights team to ensure we are maximising the use of the available data. Ensuring the through combining robust analytics with efficient presentation and interpretation of data in line with our standard processes and playbooks, helping to improve overall our HR operational efficiency to a level of excellence.
