About The Project

We are looking for a People Analytics Data Analyst to transform HR and workforce data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across our organization. You will work closely with HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver clear analyses, dashboards, and reports that drive evidence‑based HR decisions in our 3PL operations environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Analyze people data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns and correlations. Translate business problems into questions, hypotheses and actionable analyses.
• Design, extend and maintain system interfaces with system owners, admins and key users to ensure reliable people data for analysis.
• Build data models and clear visualizations (dashboards, reports) in the People Analytics platform to inform technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and partner to system key users, the global HR community and Centers of Excellence to improve data literacy and governance.
• Act as the data privacy and governance champion for people analytics projects: work with Works Representatives, Data Privacy & Governance teams to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative methods and data storytelling techniques to present findings and support decision‑making.
• Use tools such as Visier, SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central, R, SQL and spreadsheets to develop models, detect trends and extract insights.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years in People Analytics, HR analytics, data analysis or related field.
• 2+ years with data visualization tools (e.g., Visier, Power BI), HRIS (SAP Employee Central, SuccessFactors), and reporting and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, R).
• Ability to translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Demonstrates exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data, including partnering with Works Representatives, Data Privacy & Governance teams to obtain and comply with appropriate data governance approvals.
• Drive for process optimization and data‑driven decision making.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills and motivation to work in an international environment.
• Very good English skills (spoken and written – minimum C1 level).
• Polish language proficiency at minimum B1 level, enabling effective collaboration with local teams and system users.
• German language skills are a strong advantage and will support cooperation with global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for business occasionally (a few days each quarter).
