About The Project
We are looking for an experienced People Analytics Consultant who can turn HR and workforce data into clear insights, prioritized initiatives, and measurable business impact. In this role, you will serve as the subject‑matter expert for our global HR community, partnering closely with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders across our 3PL operations environment.
YOUR TASKS:
- Design and deliver training and enablement formats for HR and managers on analytics tools, platform features and practical use cases; support rollout of the People Analytics Platform.
- Identify high‑impact opportunities using people data to advance the global HR strategy; prioritize and co‑design initiatives with HRBPs and business partners.
- Lead end‑to‑end analytic workstreams: define data needs, scope requests, run analyses on core HR datasets (employee master, TA, learning, performance/talent, retention, compensation, engagement), and deliver recommendations.
- Build and maintain people analytics products (dashboards, reports, tools) and ensure they drive action and measurable outcomes.
- Translate complex analyses into concise, compelling data stories tailored to HR leaders and operational managers. Serve as a subject matter expert in data‑driven HR initiatives, projects and people analytics product developments.
- Act as the data privacy and governance champion for people analytics projects: work with Works Representatives, Data Privacy & Governance teams to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
- Capture and document business requirements for our operations‑heavy, 3PL workforce context; design solutions that reflect operational realities.
- Continuously scan trends and best practices in people analytics and propose improvements to methods, tools and product offerings.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years experience in People Analytics, HR analytics or a comparable analytics role.
- Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Visier or similar).
- Comfort with statistical tools (R, Python, SQL or equivalent) appreciated.
- Experience with HRIS (SAP Employee Central, SuccessFactors or similar).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and comply with governance/privacy processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to present to global HR and business audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Outcome‑driven mindset with a track record of delivering analytics that produce strategic, operational or financial impact.
- Very good English skills (spoken and written – minimum C1 level).
- Polish language proficiency at minimum B1 level, enabling effective collaboration with local teams and system users.
- Willingness to travel for business occasionally (a few days each quarter).
Preferred
- Experience rolling out analytics platforms or driving user enablement at scale.
- German language skills are a strong advantage and will support cooperation with global stakeholders.
