What would be your key responsibilities?
- Respond to Associates’ and Managers’ inquiries regarding P&O programs, policies, and procedures.
- Support execution of P&O transactions (e.g., data changes, employment processes, benefits administration).
- Provide guidance and training on P&O tools (MyP&O Portal, iTMS).
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and promote the company’s culture based on the 5 Principles.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to maintain process consistency.
- Identify issues in straightforward situations, analyze them, and make decisions based on factual information and standard procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Languages: Fluent in German, Polish, and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- 1–2 years in HR, administration, or customer service (Shared Services experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within established procedures.
- Problem‑solving skills for simple situations; decision‑making based on facts.
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR) is an advantage.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and proactivity.
- Ability to work in a team and in an international environment.
