People & Culture Specialist
Twój zakres obowiązków
Prepare and maintain physical employee files onsite and scan relevant documents to online portals/filing as needed
Prepare employment contracts and documentation onsite and maintain compliance with documentation standards
Support the onboarding process
Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems, including new hires, promotions, and terminations.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Manage employee absence management requests, as well as return-to-work documentation.
Produce reports and support data distribution across the organization.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all updates in alignment with payroll cutoffs and operating procedures.
Follow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
Nasze wymagania
A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Advanced English and Polish language skills—both written and spoken.
Knowledge of the local labor law.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
A team-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Preferred: Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
Nice to have: Experience of contact with ZUS social security.

Working on-site 4 days a week as a People & Culture Specialist, you will be a key member of our People & Culture (P&C) Team in Warsaw, Poland. You’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient and accurate handling of P&C processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining employee physical and digital records, processing HR transactions, and supporting payroll and benefits functions, all while upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
