Join our People and Culture team! We’re looking for an experienced, Senior Payroll & HR Specialist who will combine a solid understanding of HR and payroll processes with a sharp analytical mindset. You’ll play a key role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it’s competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company culture. This role is especially important as we are in the process of bringing payroll operations in-house- you will actively support the transition from an external payroll provider and later take ownership of payroll processes internally. This position offers broad exposure to cross‑functional projects, close collaboration with Finance and external partners, and daily contact with both Polish‑ and English‑speaking employees — so excellent communication skills are a must.

Your responsibilities

• transition of payroll processes from an external accounting office to internal structures.
• Preparing payroll data, verifying payslips, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance once the process is internalized.
• Preparing and reviewing employee documentation — including processes related to hiring foreign employees.
• Answering employee questions regarding labor law, payroll, and internal HR policies.
• Supporting time and attendance tracking using our dedicated system.
• Creating regular and ad hoc HR and payroll reports.
• Co-hosting onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Coordinating and supporting our employee benefits offering.
• Participating in the digitalization and automation of HR and payroll processes.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of HR and payroll documentation.
• Collaborating closely with Finance and external partners (e.g. advisors, system providers).
• Solid educational background and professional experience in HR, payroll, or related areas.
• Strong interest in compensation & benefits and Polish labor law.
• Working knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and ZUS regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions, data analysis) and willingness to further develop analytical skills.
• High attention to detail combined with a problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Experience with Enova365 will be considered a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher — used daily in our international work environment.
