People & Culture Operations Specialist, Poznań

Role Overview

The People & Culture Services team consists of 26 experienced specialists who work closely with P&C departments across the whole Carlsberg Group. We support local markets in maximizing system functionality and providing P&C Operations support for Carlsberg Central Office in Copenhagen. As a key member of the P&C Operations Team, you will play an essential role in supporting administrative and payroll‑related processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing HR documentation such as employment contracts, addendums, and termination‑related documents
  • Maintaining personnel and employment records in the HR cloud‑based system
  • Acting as the main contact for Carlsberg Central Office employees regarding payroll and personnel administration topics
  • Ensuring all payroll documentation is processed efficiently, accurately, and on time, working to strict deadlines
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Handling ServiceNow cases related to P&C Operations processes
  • Participating in internal projects aimed at improving and streamlining processes
  • Maintaining and improving data quality within HR systems
  • Preparing HR‑related reports as needed
  • Building and maintaining a strong local P&C knowledge base, updating information on the Company SharePoint site, and Employee Handbook

What We’re Looking For

  • Is fluent in English (B2/C1)
  • Has experience in HR administration
  • Has working experience with HR systems (previous experience with cloud‑based systems, e.g., SuccessFactors, would be beneficial)
  • Is an advanced user of Excel
  • Can navigate easily in the Office 365 environment
  • Able to focus and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Is service‑minded/customer‑oriented
