HR Manager - People and Culture

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end complex organizational changes, working closely with Business
  2. Lead talent and performance reviews - succession planning
  3. Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, managing individual issues (global mobility cases, salary reviews, job mapping, organizational structure)
  4. Deploy HR processes
  5. Partner with the legal team to ensure compliance with employment regulations
  6. Advise managers on how to identify, develop, and retain talent within their departments
  7. Manage a team of 2 HR Business Partners

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  2. Higher education - preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or related disciplines
  3. Knowledge and practical experience in areas such as succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention, and performance
  4. Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions, and recommend further actions based on them
  5. Creative thinking and the courage to make decisions
  6. Knowledge of labor law
  7. Fluent communication in English (minimum B2)
  8. Driving license category B and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
