The person hired for this position will be responsible for:
Steering of international digitalization projects, focused on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors & Fiori Portal
Analysis of process flows and their contentwise, standardized implementation in IT solutions (e.g. conceptualization, testing)
Consulting of P&C functions on processes and systems
Moderation of Project teams across location & centrally
Support of already implemented P&C applications as the respective P&C IT applications owner locally
Ensure an up to date process documentation for P&C processes
Support implementation of 3 Pillar Model in respective country from an P&C IT perspective
