People & Culture Coordinator

This role is within a large organisation operating in the manufacturing industry. A manufacturing plant is located near Opole.The company is well-established and focuses on delivering high-quality products and services, while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals (3-5 people).
• Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention programmes.
• Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of training and development programmes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Collaboration with the Regional HR Business Partner.
