Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals (3-5 people).
- Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention programmes.
- Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programmes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Collaboration with the Regional HR Business Partner.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in the field of human resources, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of HR Business Partner or HR Leader.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluent English.
