About Our Client

This role is within a large organisation operating in the manufacturing industry. A manufacturing plant is located near Opole. The company is well-established and focuses on delivering high-quality products and services, while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals (3-5 people).
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention programmes.
  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Support the development and implementation of training and development programmes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Collaboration with the Regional HR Business Partner.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the field of human resources, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of HR Business Partner or HR Leader.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Fluent English.
