Currently we are looking for a People Advisory Specialist.
This position is centered on providing organizational people management support and implementing people-related processes and programs within a specific business unit. You will act as a Practice People Partner, assisting Managers and Leaders with all EPAM HR processes.
The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Work together with the Poland Primary People Partner to develop and execute location strategies for assigned units in Poland
- Support a range of HR processes, including employee experience, motivation, retention, and performance development, initially with guidance and later independently
- Coordinate with the core leadership team to incorporate business insights into daily HR activities
- Assist unit management in auditing local programs and frameworks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Take part in organizing and contributing to town halls and unit events, encouraging employee participation in office activities
- Engage with the Shared Service Center and collaborate with various process participants on different HR-related tasks and issues
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting HR functions in a technology or commercial environment
- Minimum of 2 years in a People Management or HR advisory position
- Ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships, earning trust, and offering thoughtful, timely guidance
- Proactive, confident, energetic, and positive approach to work
- Solid understanding and practical use of Polish Labor Law, with experience in HR processes such as onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention initiatives, and salary review considered an advantage
- Willingness and ability to work from the office two days per week in one of our locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan, or Warsaw
