We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist.
This role focuses on supporting organizational people management and rolling out people programs and processes within a designated business unit. You will serve as a Practice People Partner, guiding Managers and Leaders through all EPAM HR activities.
The position follows a hybrid schedule, with two days each week spent in the office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Poland Primary People Partner to shape and implement location strategies for specific units in Poland
- Provide assistance across various HR processes, such as employee experience, motivation, retention, and performance development, starting with supervision and progressing to independent work
- Work closely with the core leadership team to integrate business perspectives into everyday HR operations
- Help unit management review local programs and frameworks, ensuring alignment with Polish labor law
- Participate in planning and hosting town halls and unit events, promoting active employee engagement in office-based activities
- Interact with the Shared Service Center and coordinate with different process stakeholders on a variety of HR matters
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations in a technology or commercial setting
- At least 2 years in a People Management or HR advisory capacity
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust, fostering relationships, and providing timely, thoughtful advice
- Proactive, self-assured, energetic, and positive attitude
- Proficiency in English
- Good working knowledge of Polish Labor Law, with hands-on experience in HR processes like onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention actions, and salary review considered beneficial
- Commitment to working from the office two days per week in one of our locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan, or Warsaw
