Pension & Benefits Consultant

We will count on You to:

• Support senior consultants in advising our clients on employee programs
• Prepare analyses of benefits trends, market benchmarks

• Provide analytical and project management support for pension and benefits consulting projects, including PPK, PPE etc.
• Daily projects management (support in technical support in the area of creating reports, PowerPoint presentations, reviewing legal and statutory documents, running workshop sessions for employers and employees, etc.)
• Prepare information and communication materials to keep informed clients and their employees
• Update internal databases and deliver admin support according to Mercers internal procedures
• Cooperate with other teams: Risk Benefits, HR & Career Consulting, Marketing, Sales when needed

What You need to have:

• MA or BA University degree (faculty of Investments / Capital Markets or Economics preferred) or last year of the study
• Min.1 year of professional experience in similar area
• Interest or practical knowledge of trends and movements on Polish investment and pension markets
• Strong analytical (including mathematic) and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work with the legal acts (investment law, PPE and PPK laws, contracts, etc.)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong capacity to work independently and collectively including virtual teams
• Practical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy

What makes You stand out:

• Any previous experience gained in investment / insurance / pension consulting or business research company
