You will join the Penetration Testing Team, a part of the Cyber Defense Center responsible for strengthening the company’s security posture. In this role, you will conduct penetration tests on solutions, applications, and network infrastructure, advancing offensive security initiatives across the organization
responsibilities :
Review service performance with a service provider
Assess, decide and implement service improvement or innovation initiatives
Collaborate with service providers regarding service delivery during Run
Collaborate with Customer-facing Delivery Managers regarding customer demand
Collaborate with Service Architects during the service lifecycle
Collaborate with KMD Procurement in managing external service provider contracts
You will indirectly lead and manage teams and individuals in a matrix organization, including external suppliers, internal teams, peers and leaders
requirements-expected :
Proven Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience, especially with web applications.
Certifications: Possess one of the following certifications: OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, or equivalent knowledge.
Technical Skills: Experience with Active Directory security and related tools.
Global Experience: Previous experience working in large international companies.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Polish.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate and perform well within a team environment.
Proactive Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing security challenges.
