3-5 years experienced in Pega application support
Pega certified CSA
Monitoring of Pega applications
Pega log analysis and debugging
Accepting and analyzing support tickets
Troubleshooting the issues in preprod and production environments
Perform root cause analysis as part of problem management
Deployment of application changes via Pega deployment manager
ITIL certified or candidate should complete ITIL foundation exam within 6 months after start date of CoA
Fluency in English
