Responsibilities : Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques and interactions with external systems Identify, build and maintain common components Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and QA team Provide directions and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools Support in scoping and sizing Pega features requirements-expected : Have solid hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development Extensive experience in the role of the Pega Certified Senior/Lead System Architect Project experience implemented in Pega infinity Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration (financial sector will be an asset) Experience in architecture designing for large Pega solutions Experience in integrating enterprise applications with the Pega solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English benefits : private medical care life insurance integration events retirement pension plan redeployment package Training access to Udemy platform, English courses Modern office and equipment Attractive benefit package
