We are looking for skilled PEGA Developer to join the project in one of the largest Nordic banks.Location: On-site work required 1-2 days per week at one of the following Client offices: Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Lodz.Key Responsibilities:- Implementing business and technical features using Pega.- Writing and maintaining dedicated unit tests, supporting other test types.- Analyzing and resolving application bugs across various environments.- Developing and updating technical designs.- Setting up and configuring development tools.- Actively supporting and collaborating with team members and other project stakeholders.- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Must-Have Qualifications:- Proficient in Pega code creation and configuration based on functional and non-functional requirements.- Experience in writing tests to meet business and technical requirements, including Definitions of Done and Ready.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, XP, and Kanban.- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.- Strong communication skills with a professional level of English.Nice to have:- Experience with DevOps practices is an advantage.
