Detailed Description of Work Task to Be Carried Out:

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis and 7+ years in PEGA.
• Pega certified business architect certification is mandatory.
• Experience in defining business processes using Pega platform for the financial sector.
• Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choose the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega system software and DCO capabilities.
• Manage business stakeholders and effectively communicate ideas.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical team, and Agile teams.
• Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translate them to requirements’ artifacts such as BRD, functional specs, and user stories.
• Document features, epics, and capabilities in tools like JIRA & Confluence.
• Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to, including management of artifacts through traceability, version control, and change control.
• Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.
• Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development.
• Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens, and interface mock-ups.
• Understand interface integration technologies and have a good understanding of customers’ needs so they can be translated into requirements.
• Strong understanding of Pega methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System & Solution demo).

Description of Knowledge and Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis and 7+ years in PEGA.
• Pega certified business architect certification is mandatory.
• Experience in defining business processes using Pega platform for the financial sector.
• SAFe and Agile way of working experience (good to have).
