About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Private Entrepreneur (PE) Support Specialist to provide administrative, financial, and operational support to our Polish B2B contractors (24 people).
In this role, you will handle core JDG support activities, including preparing invoices, managing expenses, documenting FX differences, and coordinating required filings such as VAT UE, VAT-7, ZUS reports, monthly tax advances, and annual declarations (PIT-28, PIT-36).
You will also keep contractors informed about regulatory changes, guide them through CEIDG updates, communicate deadlines related to new ZUS programs, and act as a trusted advisor to our Polish B2B contractors in tax-related matters.
