About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Preparing documentation related to private entrepreneur’s operations;
• Generating invoices for further payment to PE;
• Opening, supporting, closing of private entrepreneurs for Poland and Ukraine;
• Preparing and submitting tax reports to the Polish and Ukrainian authorities;
• Tax calculation, paying taxes on behalf of PE;
• Consulting on tax matters;
• Managing of PE’s profiles in payment provider’s system (Deel, Tipalti).

Essential professional experience:

• Knowledge of private entrepreneurs accounting standards and tax regulation in Poland and Ukraine, especially VAT Poland;
• Practical knowledge of procedures on registering new private entrepreneurs and closing existing in Poland and Ukraine;
• High level of communication skills;
• Familiarity with 1C, M.E.Doc, Excel, payroll payment software (Deel, Tipalti, etc), banking systems, UA electronic cabinet, Diia; government electronic registry, other necessary Polish software;
• Polish, English (intermediate or above) Ukrainian or Russian fluent;
• Proactivity and independence.
