Mandatory requirements

• Experience working as an accountant for IT sole proprietors (FOP) in Poland (large volume, 100+ FOPs);
  
• Experience with the Ryczałt taxation system;
  
• Mandatory experience with payroll in Poland;
  
• Strong knowledge of Polish tax and labor legislation;
  
• Proficiency with accounting software (Comarch Optima, wFirma, inFakt or similar);
  
• Experience preparing PIT declarations and ZUS reports;
  
• Confident use of government services (PUE, e-Urząd Skarbowy);
  
• Experience working as an accountant for IT FOPs in Poland (large volume, 100+ FOPs);
  
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and Polish is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting for Polish companies (e.g., spółka z o.o.) or other forms of business activity in Poland.
