In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional payroll, time, and benefits services, ensuring seamless support throughout the employee journey. This is a unique opportunity to shape meaningful experiences for our people while expanding your expertise in HR operations and solutions.**The Opportunity:** As part of the People & Culture Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring reliable, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:* Executing system data maintenance and administrative tasks across payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and benefits processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.* Providing expert customer service and advisory support on pay, time, and benefits inquiries, including resolving requests and troubleshooting errors.* Managing and reconciling mass upload files for payroll and ensuring the accuracy of data flows to and from Workday and external vendors.* Monitoring and resolving integration issues to guarantee timely and accurate pay and benefits processing.* Building strong partnerships with P&C colleagues, managers, and stakeholders to drive seamless support and collaboration.* Supporting P&C Chapters with system maintenance activities and contributing to the development and enhancement of process documentation.* Driving process improvements, ensuring consistent service delivery, and participating in project-based initiatives to support operational excellence.**Who you are:**We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You bring the following qualifications and experience:* 1-3 years of experience in payroll services and benefits administration, preferably in a shared service center environment, with strong knowledge of payroll cycles and processes as well as local regulatory requirements (e.g., payroll, tax, social insurance, and benefits).* Fluent Polish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration and customer support across regions.* Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookup) with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical ability.* Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, handle multiple priorities, and contribute to project-based initiatives with end-to-end accountability.* Preferred: HR generalist knowledge and experience working in a matrix organization, with a track record of delivering results in cross-functional, multicultural teams.**What you get:*** Fixed-term employment contract until December 2026.* Competitive salary based on the employment contract (Umowa o pracę),* Annual bonus payment based on your performance.* Dedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.).* Recharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available).* Vacation subsidy available.* Flex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time).* Take Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice).* Private healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.* Stock share purchase additions.* Yearly sales of company laptops and cars and many more!**Apply directly and join us in shaping the future of healthcare.****If you feel this offer suits a friend of yours, feel free to share it.***The controller of your personal data is Roche Polska Sp. z o.o., ul.
