What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑country payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance across multiple regions
Manage workload distribution and priorities, securing alignment with payroll calendars and SLAs Drive standardization and optimization of payroll processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and regional teams to ensure smooth operations
Support internal and external audits and maintain a strong payroll control framework Resolve complex payroll issues, escalating critical risks when necessary
What you bring:
Previous experience in a leadership role
Strong hands‑on expertise in multi‑country payroll operations
Advanced knowledge of SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management
advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of payroll controls, compliance, and risk management
Fluency in English and German
