• Build and lead a high-performing payroll team through effective recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Drive team performance by setting clear objectives and tracking key performance indicators.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture through regular communication and mentorship.
• Optimize team efficiency by managing workload distribution and prioritizing tasks.
• Represent the payroll team in client meetings and act as a primary escalation point.
• Owns the management and improvement of SLA and KPI performance.

Wymagania

• Proven experience in managing payroll teams of at least 10 employees.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish labour law and payroll processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in SAP payroll systems and MS Office Suite.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
