Unlock Your Potential in Payroll Management! What you will do Are you passionate about ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing? We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Processing & Administration Specialist to play a vital role in our payroll operations. In this position, you will work closely with our external payroll provider to guarantee a seamless payroll experience for our team. How you will do it Take ownership of the day-to-day processing operation to ensure we meet local service delivery agreements. Handle the relationship between the department, the business and the outsourcing partner Setting work priorities in accordance with the workload, timeframes and change requests Supervise outsourced partner performance and delivery ensuring SLAs are met Utilising the HRIS Workday Prepare input & output for payroll sign off by Payroll manager Provide payroll and reporting support Liaise with all collaborators and business partners internally and externally Assist the Payroll Manager with project work as and when it arises What we are looking for: Experience in Spanish payroll and payroll tax processes Excellent research and problem-solving skills Intermediate knowledge of excel (V Look ups and Pivot tables) Ability to calculate changes to pay rates based on time off, overtime , etc. Ability to gather data from multiple sources Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential , knowledge of another European language will be beneficial Our Culture At Johnson Controls you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in today’s market.
