Are you passionate about payroll processes and looking to grow your career in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for Payroll Specialist with Italian language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple countries in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits and compliance checks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support payroll system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an SSC or multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and labor law (experience with [specific countries is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
