The team We are a team of Payroll professionals who are responsible for managing and processing the payrolls in all EMEA countries where Hitachi Digital is based. We collaborate as a team and cross‑functionally to ensure the successful delivery of the payroll to all our employees. The role The Payroll Specialist (German speaker) will be responsible for all activities related to processing the EMEA payroll, ensuring that this is performed accurately and on a timely basis. This role reports to the EMEA Payroll Manager, and will work closely with the Human Resources Department (HR), the Regional Controller (Finance) and with colleagues in the Shared Services Centre in Krakow. The ideal candidate must have the ability to deal with confidential information, and behave with utmost integrity at all times. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with colleagues and outside agencies, and interact within all levels of the organization. In addition, the Payroll Specialist must be able to work collaboratively in a team as well as on their own.
