Process and execute monthly Payroll processes
Create and/or maintain various payroll reports. Liaise / work with the local HR Department.
Support legally required processes in close collaboration with authorities (e.g. tax provider)
Provide support in international equity- and incentive-relevant statements and Warrants etc, to ensure correct taxation and build accruals accordingly
Work closely with FRA on reconciliation and financial reporting
Perform Payroll Audits and Controls as per checklist
Collect, review and aggregate payroll data inputs from multiple upstream sources (automated and non-automated) for assigned country payrolls
Monitor supplier payroll processing and compliance activities and review outputs for completeness and accuracy
Respond to inquiries/requests in line with agreed service levels and case management processes
Handle more complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests and assume ownership of transferred/escalated issues from Team Members
Work closely with other functional areas to gather payroll inputs efficiently and effectively (e.g., Timekeeping, Benefits, Compensation, etc.)
Deliver data / reports to downstream users (e.g., Finance, third parties, statutory authorities) on an accurate and timely basis
Request funding of payroll, payroll taxes and other third party payments, as applicable; ensure Treasury receives and acts upon requests
Work effectively with other Alcon functional areas and third party payroll supplier(s) to seamlessly deliver end-to-end payroll services
