Currently, for our client - an international company from the engineering sector - we are looking for a person for the position of Payroll Specialist with German.

If you already have first experience in HR and/or payroll, you know German and English at a minimum level of B2, then apply and let us get to know you!

What we expect

• experience in HR and/or payroll,
• excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken) – min. B2,
• strong communication skills and attention to detail
• ability to manage time, organize and prioritize tasks independently,
• experience working with Microsoft office packages,
• collaborative, flexible, resourceful, desire to grow, learn and advance.

Your tasks

• support Austrian payroll processes and ensure smooth and timely execution,
• maintain employee data and ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements,
• be a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related topics,
• collaborate with colleagues and external partners to solve day-to-day challenges,
• contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives,
• you will take part in a one-month onboarding program in Austria.
