ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing payroll data preparation and validation.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Preparing reports and maintaining payroll documentation in line with standards.
- Supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Assisting in audits and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Handling payroll-related queries and providing solutions to stakeholders.
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processes, including specific experience with payroll for the French market.
- Proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like SAP, Excel, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of automation tools and payroll compliance is an advantage.
