Job Description:

For international companies, we are looking for accountants with a passion - for multiple roles.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining the accuracy of payroll data
• Setting up new hires or employee transfers and compiling payroll data
• Maintaining statistical payroll information for use in decision-making and expense control
• Checking the accuracy of employee time reporting
• Evaluate current policies and processes and update and improve where necessary
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries

Employer requirements:

• Good knowledge of one of the European languages like Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
• Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, or a similar field
• Clear understanding of all aspects of payroll along with previous experience with different payroll packages and in managing outsourced payroll providers
• Pro-active attitude and good attention to detail
