Position: Payroll Specialist with Foreign Language

Work model: hybrid/remote

Level: Junior, Mid, Senior

Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining the accuracy of payroll data
• Setting up new hires or employee transfers and compiling payroll data
• Maintaining statistical payroll information for decision-making and expense control
• Checking the accuracy of employee time reporting
• Evaluating current policies and processes and updating them where necessary
• Responding to employee payroll-related queries

Employer requirements:

• Good knowledge of one of the European languages such as Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, or Italian
• Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
• Clear understanding of all aspects of payroll, with experience using different payroll packages and managing outsourced payroll providers
• Proactive attitude and good attention to detail
