Job Description:

For international companies, we are looking for payroll specialists with a passion for languages - for multiple roles.

Work model: hybrid/remote

Level: Junior, Mid, Senior

Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining the accuracy of payroll data
• Setting up new hires or employee transfers and compiling payroll data
• Maintaining statistical payroll information for use in decision-making and expense control
• Checking the accuracy of employee time reporting
• Evaluate current policies and processes and update and improve where necessary
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries

Employer requirements:

• Good knowledge of one of the European languages like Hungarian / German / Dutch / Romanian / French / Czech / Slovak / Italian
• Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in: Accounting, Human Resources or Administration / any similar
• Clear understanding of all aspects of payroll along with previous experience with different payroll packages and in managing outsourced payroll providers
• Pro-active and good attention to detail
