We work: Remote or hybrid from Wrocław office

Contract of employment: full-time, contract for 3-6 months

      • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area is prefered
      • At least 1 year of professional experience in payroll area
      • Very good command of English (at least B2 level)
      • Knowledge of SAP
      • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
      • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or dynamic environment.
      • Knowledge of Polish labor laws and payroll regulations, familiarity with PPK, tax compliance, and employee benefits administration in Poland.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
      • High level of accuracy in reviewing payroll documents and benefit applications.
      • Proactive approach to resolving employee payroll and benefit inquiries.
      • Fluency in Polish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
      • Ability to interact effectively with employees, external providers, and internal stakeholders.
      • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment while also being self-reliant.
