About Our Client
Our client is a forward-thinking company specializing in sustainable and eco-friendly solutions. As they expand their operations in Poland, they are establishing a new organization in Wroclaw.
Job Description
- Support payroll administration by preparing accurate inputs and reports for various regions, covering shifts, vacation, overtime, and sickness
- Support payroll projects, including data verification, testing, and implementation in ongoing transformation initiatives
- Ensure payroll payments are processed accurately and on time, meeting all deadlines
- Collaborate with payroll providers and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and workflows
- Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and help resolve payroll-related issues
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration (experience with payroll processing in an EU country is strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to learning
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with payroll software will be an advantage.
