Job Description:

• Support payroll administration by preparing accurate inputs and reports for various regions, covering shifts, vacation, overtime, and sickness.
• Support payroll projects, including data verification, testing, and implementation in ongoing transformation initiatives.
• Ensure payroll payments are processed accurately and on time, meeting all deadlines.
• Collaborate with payroll providers and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and workflows.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and help resolve payroll-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration (experience with payroll processing in an EU country is strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with payroll software will be an advantage.
