As a Payroll Specialist, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for EMEA entities, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality service. This role is ideal for professionals with solid payroll knowledge who are eager to grow in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing Support
- Prepare, validate, and process payroll data for one or more moderately complex EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor data interfaces between HR systems and payroll providers, flagging discrepancies for resolution.
- Assist in the execution of monthly payroll cycles, including pre-payroll checks and post-payroll reconciliations.
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders and assist with statutory reporting requirements.
- Support payroll audits by providing documentation and clarifications as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
Employee Support
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, time & attendance, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue payroll-related certificates and documentation upon request.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with external payroll providers and internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to resolve operational issues.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
- Maintain and update payroll process documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Participate to payroll-related projects to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of Payroll experience.
- Familiarity with Payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good MS Office skills and willingness to learn new tools.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and a team player.
