The Payroll Specialist is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Enter payroll data received during the month from authorized individuals
- Manage payroll calculation
- Prepare payment orders and fund transfer files
- Handle debt collectors’ deductions
- Prepare company and employee tax statements
- Prepare income certificates
- Sign documents within given authorisation
- Support internal customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll
- Polish and English knowledge (both spoken & written)
- Seasoned MS Office user
- Knowledge of Polish employment laws, social security insurance regulations and tax legislation
- TETA and Workday experience would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s/University degree
- Teamwork, innovative approach and can‑do attitude, open to change and quick learner, accuracy and sense of urgency, excellent task management and work prioritization
