We-re seeking an experienced payroll expert to take ownership of German payroll operations within our international team. In this role, you-ll ensure compliant and accurate payroll delivery, collaborate with external providers and support process improvements across the region.

Project information:

• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Working hours: Mon-Fr (business working hours)
• Salary range: 13000 - 15000 PLN gross (depending on the years of experience)

Responsibilities:

Manage monthly German payroll and statutory requirements

Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive accuracy and efficiency

Act as a go-to contact for payroll queries and audits

Provide reports, reconciliations and support on regional payroll initiatives

Contribute to process improvements and cross-country payroll support

2+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on work with German payroll

Solid knowledge of German payroll law and compliance

Detail-focused, collaborative and problem-solving mindset
