Job Description
- Manage payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
- Maintain records of payroll procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Implement and streamline payroll procedures to improve efficiency
- Liaise with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data
- Assist in audits and payroll reports for management
- Stay updated with the latest payroll trends, laws, and regulations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
The Successful Applicant
- Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations on EMEA markets
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in English, as well as knowledge of German, French, or other languages, will be an advantage
