We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Polish Payroll Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our Polish employees and working with the HR team to help move payroll to an external provider, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Process payroll for employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses accurately.
- Address any payroll-related queries from employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with Polish labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Polish language.
- Proficiency in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with payroll software ideally Optima.
- Experience with internal and external payroll is advantageous.
- Experience with payroll migration to external provider.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Strong understanding of Polish payroll processes and excellent attention to detail required. Start date January 2026.
