Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- ties Process monthly payroll cycles for Swiss employees, ensuring accuracy and timeli
- ness.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Swiss social insurance and tax
- laws.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate employee data and resolve discrepan
- cies.Support payroll-related reporting and documentation for internal and external stakehol
- ders.Assist in the transition of payroll activities from Switzerland to Poland, including system setup and tes
- ting.Independent management of illness and accident cases, including full processing of medical certific
- ates.Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws, social insurance (AVS, BVG), and cantonal tax regulat
Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements
- High School diploma or vocational training in finance, HR, or acco
- Swiss payroll training pre
- ferred.2–4 years of payroll experience, ideally with exposure to Swiss p
- ayroll.Working knowledge of SAP PY and payroll accounting prin
- Strong command of German; French and/or Italian is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and hands‑on mentality.
