Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Preparation and control of monthly payroll settlements
• Coordinate with the internal stakeholders (HR, employees etc) to resolve any issues related
• Cooperation with the accounting department in the area of payroll documents and calculations
• Handling employee inquiries regarding compensation
• Support during internal and external audits
• Administration of B2B contractors' invoices
• Support during payroll data migration and in-house payroll implementation process
• Perform payroll related costs allocation for corporate reporting on monthly basis
• Participate in SOX control procedures

Our requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience (experience in Polish payroll calculation is a must)
• Knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations related to compensation
• Ability to work with Enova payroll system and Płatnik
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
• Higher education in relevant fields (e.g., HR, Finance)
• Upper intermediate or higher level of English
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in e-banking systems
• Experience in process of payroll in-house implementation and data migration
