Our client is a big corporation located close to Piaseczno.


Responsibilities:

  • Working in Symfonia and payroll system, entering and updating data,
  • Maintaining payroll documentation for 150 workers,
  • Payroll services: settlement of salaries, employee benefits, ZUS, PIT, GUS contributions, etc.
  • Substantive support in the field of HR and payroll knowledge for serviced employees,
  • Closely cooperation with HR Specialist
  • Preparing reports based on employee matters,
  • Ongoing contact with employees regarding payroll services,
  • Administrative support of the HR and payroll department in daily activities.


Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll in a big company
  • Willingness to learn new skills,
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2/C1),
  • Detail-oriented approach, great organizational skills, meeting deadlines,
  • Practical knowledge of labor law,
  • Experience with the Symfonia program will be an asset.
