What we expect

• university degree or equivalent;
• 2 years’ experience in in-house or outsourced payroll processing (preferred) or Finance/HR (desirable) delivery process and systems;
• proficient English (min C1);
• advanced MS Excel user, knowledge and experience in using SAP would be an asset;
• strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure

Your tasks

• coordinate and actively participate in end-to-end payroll process and related activities;
• cooperate with payroll providers and ensure that payroll is accurately and timely calculated;
• investigate consolidation and validation of the data sent to payroll providers;
• advise our employees and managers on payroll related matters
